This advanced system is designed to make operating the sprayer as simple as possible and avoids the confusion often associated with other complex sprayer control layouts which frequently require the operation of a sequence of valves when filling or operating the sprayer.
With APS, only the suction side of the sprayers fluid system is under manual control. Operation of the sprayers chemical inductor is now automatic and incorporates a unique circulation flow to ensure thorough mixing of the chemical and efficient wash out between products.
The system has also been designed to minimise the volume of retained chemical and therefore reduced washings. Conventional sprayers can have as much as 50 litres of product retained when spraying stops. APS reduces this to about 15 litres
Combine this with LASER agitation and you have a sprayer that makes sure expensive products are applied to the crop and not turned into embarrassing quantities of expensive environmentally hazardous waste.
