Ever since Knight Farm Machinery Ltd was formed some 20 years ago, trailed sprayers have been an important part of our product range. We specialise in providing high-capacity equipment in a wide choice of sizes and specifications to suit specific customer requirements.
Our machines are continuously at the forefront of new technological advances. For example, in control systems, boom design, suspension systems, tracking drawbars and plumbing systems.
The choice of specifications we can offer is extensive, assisted by our advanced three-dimensional computer modelling system with finite element analysis for rapid prototyping and product development.
Because all design and engineering takes place in our own factory, we have the necessary flexibility and control to supply every customer with a machine tailored to their specific requirements.
Models range from 2000 litre 12m machines up to 5000 litre 36m machines.

Standard specification includes "APS"control and LASER agitation. Choose from sophisticated optional extras including the Knight ECO Terminal integrated controller which uses a single cab mounted unit to operate spray control, application rate control, hydraulic steering, boom folding and automatic height and level control. The integrated joystick operates all the above in a simple 'nine button' layout. |

Chemical can be added through the stainless steel induction hopper which comes complete with, rinsing nozzles, agitation, container washing nozzle and a separate wash gun. Where chemical is available in returnable containers, we offer a selection of closed transfer systems. |

Both ‘tracking drawbar’ and ‘steering axle’ systems are available to keep crop damage to a minimum. |

This steering axle EUA trailed sprayer is fitted with self levelling air suspension, an option on all trailed sprayers. Large diameter row-crop wheels maximize ground contact and reduce rolling resistance. |
High speed trailed sprayers are available for use with tractors such as the JCB Fastrac. These sprayers come complete with full air braking and load sensing coupled to a high speed commercial axle.
As well as conventional application systems the trailed sprayer range can be fitted with Twin Fluid or Air Sleeve application equipment. This makes the machine one of the most universal in the marketplace.
